Angel’s villa is an elegant stone property nestling in the unspoilt countryside of Agia Marina, just a breath from the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis Lefkada and only a few minutes walk from Lefkada town, ideal for a party or family of six persons.
The villa has been designed, decorated and furnished to host and cover efficiently all type of tastes, it is fully air-conditioned and all the local amenities are only a few steps away.
Layout
Angel’s villa is set in two levels with oak wood floored spaces.
The ground floor consists of an open plan sitting / dining / kitchen area, which opens to the outdoor lounge and pool wooden decks. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the adjacent dining and lounge areas modernly furnished, with a guests’ shower room and two sofas which easily can be converted into two extra single beds. On this ground floor there is also a twin bedroom with en-suite shower.
A top designed metal staircase leads to the upper level where the master bed-room with an en-suite shower have nicely been placed.
Pool – Garden
At the outside there is a large roofed dining space, as well as ample lounge and sitting facilities by the built-in BBQ.
The large private pool (9 X 5 meters) is surrounded by wooden sun decks and a mature garden, close to the BBQ, with orange and lemon trees, as well as soothing views of the virgin Agia Marina olive grove. There is also an adjacent children pool (0,70 m deep) for young occupants disposal.
Complementing, the privacy and independence of the villa, the location, which is only a breath away from Agios Ioannis sandy beach and just a few minutes walk from the town of Lefkas, in accordance with the elegance of the facilities offered, can only assure for a memorable and relaxing holiday away from it all.

Agios Ioannis Lefkada
Agios Ioannis beach is the closest beach to Lefkada town just a couple of kilometres away and it is considered as one of the nicest beaches in Ionian Sea. This long beach is stretching out for approx. 3 kms and it is surrounded by golden sand and blue green waters.
The area boasts an exotic landscape which attracts thousands of visitors. It is well-organized with sunbeds and umbrellas facing the wonderful sea.
Agios Ioannis is the home to some old windmills, because of the frequent blowing strong winds, are remaining there from the eighteenth century and they stand as sentinels that lined up along the waterfront and making it a popular area for windsurfers.
Some caffe and water sports centres board the beach of Agios Ioannis. On the left hand side of the beach you will find the Church of Agios Ioannis Antzousis. A tiny whitewashed church with interesting icons, which had offered its name to the area.
North of Agios Ioannis beach is Gyra lagoon, surrounded by the flat green plains that are scattered with houses and olive groves, the road to Lefkada town has the sea and the lagoon on either side making a breathtaking ride,whilst an old fourteenth century sea fortress offers a charming backdrop.
