Dina is a spacious, air-conditioned apartment in Kaminaki Corfu just in front of the beach, near Nisaki Corfu ! It is located just 5 metres from the sea.
The kitchen is nicely equipped, enough to prepare any variety of meals. The spacious lounge opens out into a private terrace ideal for al fresco dinning.
The lounge is equipped with air-conditioning and a double sofa accommodates two adults with ease. The apartment is fully equipped with all what you would need on a holiday with family and friends up to 4 adults.
The shower room is conveniently placed between the kitchen and the main double bedroom.
Kaminaki Corfu traditional village has two tavernas and a well kept single beach. You can hire a sun-lounger and spend the day on the beach or a motor boat to go around the numerous bays of the North East of Corfu. A nearby footpath takes you to the beach of Krouzeri, just 300 metres away, with extra restaurants, tavernas and water sport activities. Dina is ideal for a relaxing and comfortable family holiday.

Fantastic location for your stay in Corfu!

Fantastic location for your stay in Corfu! Right on the beach-front. Place was very well cleaned and maintained. There are two Taverna's located nearby for a lovely meal, however you can always go to one further up the coastline and they will pick you up from the jetty nearby. Parking isn't too much of an issue (street parking) but sometimes you'll need to make sure you lock your spot in early so other beach goers don't take one. Would easily stay here again for a relaxed holiday.

Communication was very clear and professional, with extra caution taken to keep us safe during these times of COVID-19. The apartment is small but has all the amenities you need - it�s best to live outside in this magical place anyway!

klein maar prima appartement met ruim terras. Direct aan het kleine kiezel strand gelegen. Op loopafstand, over een leuk wandel pad, van een groter stand met prima eet gelegenheid. Huisje zou iets beter schoongemaakt mogen worden.

Great get-away, peaceful location

Easy directions to the flat, easy access. Was right next to the sea, and next to 2 places to eat. Felt like a private beach in early June, away from main road and very quiet for sleeping. Great to eat own food on the table out front. I rented a bicycle rather than a car - very steep climb out. A place to buy food supplies is about a 20 min walk away. Taxi from airport was expensive, but bus back was just EUR2.40. Bus stop just at the top of the hill, with times listed at Taverna next door (very friendly). I ran out of books, but found a stash of books left there and exchanged for one. For a quiet get-away, very ideal. The shower is a bit strange in that shower head is directed out in most narrow part, but suited the purpose. It was good/bad to have to put in password for wifi everyday. A pain, but then keep me from looking at it as much. I enjoyed the cat that came to visit at the start/end of the day. Shared of people, but very sweet.

We had read previous reviews prior to our stay at Dina. They were very accurate.
Pro:
Walk from patio and you are on a beautiful round pebble beach with crystal clear water.
To Tavernas within 20 m.
Spacious and comfortable for two people.
Kitchen was adequately equipped.
Air conditioning worked very well.
Con:
Parking is not reserved and can be difficult during busy day time periods to find a spot.
Steep road of 300 m down to Dina can be tricky if not used to that situation. Especially if you have manual transmission.
Summary: We enjoyed our five-day stay, we were very comfortable and very relaxed.
I would highly recommend this accommodation for two people, and may return someday.

A little gem!

We have stayed in Kaminaki over several years now and have watched it develop but not lose its charm and identity as a typical Greek village. Although I expect it is much quieter in the winter time when the holiday makers have gone home, the locals get their beach back and life gets back to 'normal'.We have stayed at several properties over the years, some up the hill, others a bit nearer the beach and this year almost on the beach! A great little apartment for 2, and is big enough to accommodate a child on the bed settee in the lounge. It consists of a decent sized bedroom with a large comfortable bed. A small bathroom, with a really good shower, the best we've ever had! The kitchen area is small but boasts a full sized oven with glass topped hob, perfect if you want to eat in. There is a full sized fridge freezer, perfect for keeping drinks cold!!The lounge is a decent size with a bed settee , two arm chairs and a small table and chairs for eating indoors if you want to. There is also a washing machine in a cupboard on the patio, a real bonus.However the 'icing on the cake' is the patio area which has a table chairs for outside dining, and 3 sun beds if you prefer to have more shade and a little less heat than the beach provides. However it a few seconds walk into the sea to cool down so you have the best of both worlds.The patio has changed slightly this year, the entrance to the property has moved from the side to the front overlooking the beach, a good view of the sea but people walking past can see right into the house. The railings which were a feature and also afforded privacy without detracting from the view have also gone which makes it more 'open'. If there is a young child staying in the apartment the entrance to the patio would have to be blocked off, because it leads right onto a car and scooter turning area which could be a hazard for young children.It is perfect for the beach, and the taverna, but is also very quiet, surprising as it is right next to the road. Car parking maybe a bit of a problem during the high season, as more people have found this village and you really need a car to negotiate the hill, which is very steep.There is activity on the beach with Dimitris' boat watersports business, very popular with returning clientele. Also you can take the coastal path to the next beach, Krouseri, where you'll find a couple of tavernas and the Sensimar Hotel at the far end. Otherwise it's head for the beach, hire sunbeds a brolly from George, have a welcome drink and meal from Spiros taverna, and a welcome cooling off in the crystal clear water. ENJOY

Perfect location in Kaminaki

Amazing location right by the beach, huge terrace with a terrific view
The location was great, spent lots of time out on the terrace with the beach just a few steps away. Kaminaki is reached via a very steep road so a car is essential, also as there are no shops in Kaminaki, you need to get up to the main road. There are 2 good tavernas in Kaminaki plus 2 others in the next bay which you walk to on a coastal path leading from the beach (about 10 minutes stroll). The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, although better for 2 people rather than a family. The shower room (with toilet and washbasin) is quite small. We loved our holiday here, Kaminaki is perfect for those who want a relaxing holiday.

Idyllic location, property a little tired.

The location of the apartment is mostly what you're paying for.
The ground floor 1 bed apartment has a very long sun terrace that basks in the sun from early until approx 19:00 in the summer months.
There is an outside bbq and dining area and additional space for 2 or 3 to laze in the sun with spectacular views over the bay, just metres from your doorstep.
The interior is somewhat tired though, the bathroom, while having modern fittings is still somewhat basic and exceptionally small with a sliding door next to the kitchen.
The kitchen also is small and a galley style meaning anyone preparing food has to leave the kitchen area for anyone to pass them to get to the bathroom.
The living area does benefit from aircon which is a bonus, although it doesn't extend to the bedroom where it would have been more useful.
In general the lighting in the property was poor and insufficient.
Given the standard of the other properties in the area an overall upgrade would be of benefit.

This place is all about the terrace, which is utterly fabulous, and the location right on the beach. We lived on the deck and just loved it there. We struggled with the mildew in the bedroom, with the smell permeating throughout, and the damp, musty feeling generally of the apartment. The host was very helpful and responsive to our concerns.

Balcony is sensational. Mildew really makes the inside unbearable though.

The apartment is located on the beach and run out you can swim all day, even with children. The noise of the sea in the evening and a very cozy little beach. Returning from a trip around the island, we were very happy peace and quiet. I liked the owners of apartments and their willingness to help, but I want to relax on vacation, not to eliminate the shortcomings.

Very handily placed - beach and Taverna within 20 yards! The appointments aren't lavish but it would easily have been possible to cook and do the washing The indoor furniture was solid and comfortable. and the outdoor furniture was robust.Outside one could choose to sit in or out of the sun, overlooking the small pebbly beach. The property is reached down a steep (hairpin bends) track which is scary at first but we got used to it. There are plenty of places to eat and drink apart from the next door neighbour. One restaurant can be reached by a short walk along the coastal path. The highlight of our stay were visits to Kassiopi, a very nice town 15 minutes north of Dina.

Kaminaki Corfu
Kaminaki is only a tiny coastal settlement in Nisaki, attractive for its pebbly beach. Activities are limited and except dining at one of the two traditional tavernas you can sunbathe, swim, do snorkelling or explore the rocky coasts.
Someone who would fancy a large beach, better organized, could easily walk through a trail to Grouzeri Beach, only 15 mins away.
A pre-arranged hired car is recommended, but a boat can be hired from Agni Bay, for those ones who would wish to explore the idyllic North East Corfu or the coasts with the small bays and tiny beaches.
Walks through the olive grove or the extremely steep road to the top of the hill can be an unforgettable adventure.
Finally, as from this summer, water sports are available in Kaminaki, close to the beach, by Dimitris and his staff.
Sports and nature
Kaminaki is ideal for snorkelling and a boat can be hired for exploring the adjacent rocky coasts. Anyone who would look for further activities could easily walk through a trail to Grouzeri Beach, only 15 mins away. All type of water sports and facilities can be met there.Nightlife
