Litsa Apartment Dio is a two bedroom Apartment between Acharavi – Corfu and Roda – Corfu, just 70 metres from the beach, bars and tavernas, part of Litsa Apartments.
The location is perfect for a discerning holiday maker who looks to get away from it all, but still close enough to all amenities needed.
The apartment benefits from being close to Eriva Hotel and having immediate access to Eriva Public pool and snack bar.
There is a kitchen having a kitchenette with two electric hobs, a fridge, sink and a dinning table for four.
There are two bedrooms, a twin and a double, with private TV and a terrace facing to the well kept garden at the front of the property, towards the sea.
Next to the kitchen is a shower room with a mirror and mounted hair-dryer.

Wir haben einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen Wohnung. Unsere ist nicht begrenzt. Saubere Wohnung, mit Zwischenreinigung und hervorragendem Hand- und Badewechsel. Das gleiche Fenster kann mit Flyern verwendet werden. Die Klimaanlage ist auch für die Nachtpflege eines Schlafzimmers geeignet. Die Betten sind bezogen und die Matratzen haben ein schönes Herz. Der Vermieter ist sehr sauber und hilfsbereit und spricht Englisch. Der Garten ist ein Traum und führt zu Abenteuern und Entspannung bei dem Hunger. Die kleine Veranda befindet sich für Frühstück, Chilis und Sitzgelegenheiten. Von der Veranda gelangen Sie direkt zum Hotelpool. Der Hotelpool, der zu finden ist, ist schön und sauber und kann innerhalb von 10 Metern erreicht werden. Es gibt auch eine nette Poolbar mit ein paar leckeren Snacks 😁 Der Barkeeper ist super nett, spricht deutsch (Many Grounds to Nikos 👋) und ist sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Der Weg zum Strand (Kiesstrand mit großen runden Steinen; dieser ist als sehr schöner Strand zu empfehlen, der feinsandig ist) erreicht man nach schnellen 200m. Viele gute Restaurants und Supermärkte sind von der Stadt aus ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist nicht notwendig. Wir waren sehr hilfreich und hoffen, dass dies in unserem nächsten Jahr sehr beliebt ist. Es war sehr schön und leider viele 10 Tage wert 😍

Me and 3 friends stayed in the Litsa apartments for 4 nights. Very good location to walk to the beach, with a range of extremely good restaurants nearby. Beds were comfy and apartment was clean. Outside seating area and hammock are nice touches. Be careful of the mosquitos though, bug spray needed for walking outside in the evening

Litsa villa is positioned in great spot. Near to the beach and restaurants and yet feels very tranquil with lovely gardens. The pool bar is run by great people Nickos and Billy. All very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place and hopefully will visit again someday.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Litsa. The apartment is clean and functional and situated in a very quiet and pretty garden. Minor faults were quickly rectified (broken toaster and shower head not working) literally within a few hours. The apartment has the use of the pool next door which is a few feet to walk to and is great with a good kids section and pool bar with drinks and snacks. We had a really quiet and relaxing stay with the beach about 7 minute walk away and lots of great tavernas and bars to choose from. A perfect location especially if travelling with children. We would definitely go back

Wonderful Apartment

We received super service from EOS and they communicated efficiently with us both prior and during our stay. The accommodation was extremely clean and more than matched our expectations. It was well-equipped with plenty of hot water. The garden was exceptional and added something that other properties couldnt. Thank you to the owners for everything. The place was very nice and close to a kidfriendly beach. There were no specific living area, which made it a little tight for four persons. But you could hang and dine in the beautiful garden, which was great. The kitchen was small, but ok for smaller meals. There were two place stove, but no owen. The pool was big, near and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is great for a group of 4 people or less! It was very clean and was cleaned once during our weeks visit. The kitchen we stayed in only had 2 hobs and a microwave which wasn't ideal if your into cooking a lot but was great otherwise. Our favourite part of the apartment was the shared outdoor space. There is a great bbq area and comfy sofa chairs where you can chill. The location was definitely the highlight for us- It's 30 second walk to a shared hotel pool where there's a bar open until 1am that serves great cocktails. You are also only a 5 minute walk to the amazing sand/pebble beach that has some amazing tavernas and restaurants along it. If your looking for nightlife we got a 20 minute taxi to Sidhari where there's a strip with lots of bars. The communication was great, never any issues. We will definitely recommend!

Villa Litsa is very cosy place with wonderfull courtyard. Villa is located not far from the beach, there is a swimming pool very close. I can recommend this appartment for a rest with little kids. Villa Litsa is not so big as it may seemed on photos and there is not a varieteof kitchenware. The owners of villa are living next so they quickly helped us with some living issues.

L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, pulito ogni due giorni viene fatto il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. Servizio piscina ottimo come anche il servizio bar adiacente alla piscina. Sia i proprietari che gli opeatori turistici sono stati gentili e cordiali. Vacanza perfetta.
Ciao Sofronis, le uniche difficoltà che ho riscontrato sono solo dovute alla lingua inglese che io non parlo molto bene, magari la prossima volta ci scriveremo di più, così potrò utilizzare i traduttori online. oppure tramite smartphone whatsapp o telegram che forse è meglio specialmente in viaggio.

The Litsa Apartment was just what we were looking for! The 2 bedrooms were spacious and well decorated, the kitchen and bathroom were exactly as described and we LOVED the BBQ area. We had a BBQ on the first night we stayed. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Acharavi main street - no more than 5 minutes. We had fresh towels and the maid every other day, the utensils and equipment were fine. As it was late in the season the pool at Evria Hotel was closed but we spent most of our time at the Ammus Pool in St Spyridon where we have stayed many times. Would recommend eating at Lavender Restaurant on the beach just about 800 metres from Litsa Apartments. The location was very quiet but close to everything - perfect. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children. Highly recommended.

This is a great apartment, a short walk from the beach, good shops and some excellent tavernas. We enjoyed Navigators and Alex's, but I'm sure the others are good too. The apartment has all you'd need with a pleasant shared garden area. The hosts are very accommodating, offering help with transport, local tips etc. Well worth a visit.

Acharavi-Corfu
Acharavi is situated on the northern part of Corfu (Kerkyra).
It comprises a main road (the commercial centre of the North) with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a bank. Leading off the main road various side roads end up to the beach, just around 10 minutes walk.
It has been established itself as one of the top resorts on the North of Corfu and is particularly suited to couples and families due to the wonderful beach and facilities provided.
It is around 40km from the airport and it takes about an hour to get into Acharavi. The scenery on the journey is stunning as this is through the mountain and quaint old Greek villages.
The roundabout in the centre of Acharavi is called “The Pump”, because this one used to be the village pump.
A road leads from the roundabout into the old village of Acharavi. This is often missed, but well worth a stroll as there are more bars and restaurants and older more traditional buildings in there.
Should someone wish can continue this road and drive up to the top of mount Pantokrator, through unspoiled villages and nature.
Sports and nature
Diving holidays is a popular water sport with local excursions available such as wreck, reef, and cave diving for beginners and more experienced divers. In the center of Acharavi is Corfu Diving Center and Adonis will be happy to book you on next day’s activities.
Theme parks are a good place to spend an afternoon and Hydropolis Water Park is a very nice place to chill out. Boasting giant water slides, lazy rivers, and a fully equipped outdoor gym with tennis courts, Hydropolis water park guarantees excitement for adults and children.
Walks through unspoiled trails to the top of mount Pantokrator or to the various small tardiitional vilages and settlements can only be a joy.Nightlife
Acharavi is a lively little resort boasting many tavernas and bars. Delicious traditional Greek meals are served washed down with some of the Greek wines or ouzo. Head to the beach area for cocktail bars showing the latest films, join a karaoke night or enjoy al fresco dining in the quieter tavernas as the sun sets over the Ionian Sea.Culture & history
Worth visiting the ruins of the Roman baths probably part of a larger Roman building complex in north Corfu. This monument was destroyed during the construction of a road and the preserved section was discovered in private land in 1985. The preserved part of the building includes the hypocaust and the channel that carried water in the baths.
Just accross the road is the Folklore Museum of Acharavi, inaugurated in October 2008.
The museum has a rich collection comprising of:
Photographic material, books and documents dating back to 1862 and a specialized nomismatic collection from the period of the Ionian Islands independent state (19thcentury), Local costumes dating back to 1800, folk house furniture, a cart, a harrow, a plow and other agricultural objects, a traditional olive press, shoe-maker’s and carpenter’s workshops, wine and distilled alcohol producing devices, a traditional kitchen space, a traditional bedroom, a religious space and much more.
