Villa Dioni is a luxury villa and a perfect holiday nest, in the tranquil area of Kapparis, in the well-known Protaras. It is a detached villa, with four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lovely garden and a private sun-kissed pool (10m x 5m) facing East with an adjacent outside jacuzzi. It is above and next to Malama beach and very close all local amenities. Villa Dioni offers from the upstairs level unobstructed sea views towards the Mediterranean Sea.
Dioni is a modern and luxuriously decorated villa set in two levels. It is the ideal holiday setting for a large family or group of eight (8) persons, who can enjoy a relaxing stay in four bedrooms with three (3) bathrooms along with a sunny swimming pool.
The main door opens into an open-plan space with a modern and fully equipped kitchen linked to the dining area, a modern living room alongside a family bathroom and French doors leading to the pool and the sunny terraces. Air – conditioning in the living room area is on request, and the cost will be 10 Euro for each day of use.
The interior marble staircase joins the ground space with the upper level, with four spacious bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms with small private balconies, and one of them, the master bedroom, features an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms are twins and share with the second double the villa’s third bathroom (bath/shower/WC).
All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned (provided for free) and enjoy stunning sea views over their private balconies.

Pool and Terraces
There is the villa’s highlight at the back of the property towards the sea and the private garden, a sophisticatedly decorated private swimming pool with Roman steps and an adjacent Jacuzzi. It is surrounded by sunny terraces, with sunbeds, parasols, and beautiful furniture for extra relaxation while enjoying the rising sun, early in the morning.
Next to the pool, there is a built-in barbecue with a side oven and furniture for dining al fresco, for anyone seeking to try his cooking skills whilst away from home.
The garden is ideal for extra sunbathing and sea breeze joy from the adjacent Malama beach in the pool’s extension.

Protaras is one of Cyprus most popular summer resorts, it is located on the south east coast of the island, close to the town of Paralimni and only a short drive from buzzing Agia Napa. On ancient times, where Protaras present location is, stood the old state of Leukolla. Leukolla possessed a small safe harbour where Dimetrius Poliorkitis sought refuge in the year 306 BC, lying in wait for Ptolemaeus, one of the successors of Alexander the Great. In the ensuing battle, Ptolemaeus was defeated and fled to Egypt, leaving Cyprus on the hands of Dimetrius for a short time. Protaras is also referred to as “the land of windmills”, maintaining the nostalgic activity of the past.
For a relaxing day or afternoon someone can enjoy a mini tour of Protaras’ beaches or visit the Ocean Aquarium where he can watch turtles, crocodiles, penguins and further sea creatures. For the romantics, the sea cave right below the picturesque Agii Anargyri chapel is a must visit or walk up the numerous steps to get to the beautiful Saint Elias chapel situated on Protaras’ highest hill.
