Maganos Frangiska Exi is a Mykonos Apartment which enjoys a shared pool, just a few meters from the Agia Anna Paraga beach. Daily cleaning, free beach towels and breakfast are included in the price.
It is a traditional Mykonos one bedroom Apt, which can accommodate up to 3 persons and offers amazing sea and sunset views.
The property is very close to the most famous beaches of Mykonos: Paraga Beach, Paradise Beach, Super Paradise Beach, Psarou Beach and Elia Beach.
It is an open plan apartment set on one level. The main door leads into a space with three single beds.
Adjacent is set a kitchenette, for those who wish to prepare something light, with a small fridge and electric cooker with two hobs.
The property also houses a spacious shower room.
By the main door there is a terrace with amazing sea views towards Platy Gialos Mykonos bay and Agia Anna Paraga beach.
Frangiska Apt Exi shares a pool with idyllic views, free sun-loungers by the pool area, air-conditioning, TV, hair-dryer and maid service with towels changed on a daily basis.
The property is one of the Maganos Apts in Paraga – Mykonos, just a breath away from the beach, with free breakfast and it promises a memorable and relaxing holiday.
Pool and Breakfast
Maganos Apartments enjoy a magnificent infinity pool, located on an elevated position close to the Reception and to the breakfast lounge, which offers amazing views over Agia Anna Bay and idyllic sunsets.
It is surrounded by sunny comfortable terraces, it is equipped with all the sunbathing or sitting along facilities, it features a handy outdoor shower and it is shared in between all the apartments.
Both the pool and breakfast lounge are monitored and secured by an entrance gate.
The pool is operational on a daily basis from 08:00 to 20:00 hrs for purely security reasons and the breakfast is served between 08:00 to 10:00 am.

Daily breakfast is included in the price, as well as daily cleaning.

This place is perfect

This place is perfect if what you are looking for is a relatively low price in Mykonos (the most expensive greek island) that is close to famous party spots such as Scorpios since it is literally 3 min away by car. Even though it is super close to this, there is no noise at all at the hotel which is amazing if you want to rest. Also, breakfast is very nice as well as the pool area. I would say that it was exactly what we were looking for in our very short journey in Mykonos. We arrived very late in the night and they had forgotten to leave the keys (since it was very late, the keys were supposed to be inside the room). However, the owner came all the way from her place to give us the keys! I believe that if you are going by car to the hotel (which I fully recommend since public transportation in Mykonos is imposible), the directions should be a little more clear. I would suggest to search for Scorpios in your GPS and once you see that you are arriving there, look for the hotel sign on the road.

The host, Ana, offers free homemade breakfast every morning and she could not be sweeter. There are markets along the beach about 10 mins walking distance. Outstanding value. Will definitely be back!

Our stay at Maganos Apartments was very good. The hotel is near several beaches, beach bars, markets, and the bus stop to go to the city of Mykonos. It is also possible to go to nightclubs by foot in a reasonable time. Our room (3 pers.) was pretty big, and we had a terrace with a sea view! The pool is also sea-oriented, which add some of a luxury. Besides the beautiful place, the staff is the kindest I've ever met. I 100 recommend Maganos Apartments!

This property is located in a beautiful (but expensive) area of Mykonos. Busstops are on walking distance but not always easy to find and you sometimes need to climb up a hill to get there. Id advice everyone to rent a car, scooter or quad to get around and visit different places. The pool and view from Maganos is beautiful! The kitcchen equipment is poor. Dont expect to have a lot to work with.

The place is really beautiful and really well kept and clean. The beds were not very comfortable. Be prepared to hike...the apartments are at the top of a very steep hill. Note that the island buses do not come by your location or the nearby beach - you need to take a short hike along the shore line to the next beach to get to the buses that take you around the island. The hike is beautiful along the coast but it is a small hike - you have to do some climbing to navigate the path but this is the fastest way to get to the next beach. There are paths that run both ways to get to the different beaches. The island is insanely windy - we did not realize but this is apparently the norm so beware. There was a place on the island that delivered food which was helpful the first night we got in late - it�s called LOCAL.

I stayed at Maganos Apartments for ten days last summer with my boyfriend and we loved it so much that I decided to return again this year for a week with friends. The apartments are very picturesque, with a great communal pool area overlooking the sea. They had refurnished all of the apartments over the winter which was a nice touch. The apartments are simple but all you need as a base to explore the island. You are ten minutes drive from the airport and supermarket, fifteen minutes drive from town. Anna, the host, is very kind and welcomed me back with open arms. Her breakfasts every day are delicious and she is always happy to help with any request. We had a lovely time and I will be back again in the future!

The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. The apartment gets cleaned and the beds are made for you everyday, including new towels everyday. Anna, who is the host there is very friendly and welcoming. Her cooking is amazing! You will get to sample some traditional Greek foods at breakfast and there is the usual cereal, toast and yoghurt if you aren’t too adventurous. The bus stop into town is also very close, so it’s a very convenient location if you don’t intend on hiring a car. Would definitely stay here again.

Sofronios and his team answered very promptly. They arranged for our transport (port to apartment for 35 euros) and our car rental (100 euros). When we arrived, Anna greeted us and showed us what to visit. We were hungry and she made us some lunch. Note that unlike one comment, lunch is not free. You have to pay cash at the end of your stay (9 euros for greek salad, 6 euros for ham and cheese omelet and 3 euros for capuccino). The breakfast, however, is included (toast with eggs, yogurt with homemade jam (try the fig jam!), coffee, cereal, sweet bread). The apartment is partly refurbished with new table and chairs. There are some improvements to be made: 1- the shower heads could not be hung properly to the wall (it has to be tightened) 2- the wifi only works in the front part of the apartment (a signal booster can fix the problem) 3- the mattresses were very firm! Also, it is 2 single beds and not a queen bed. The pool is nice and clean with sun loungers all around it. The apartment is at a walkable distance of Paraga beach. In sum, the service was great but there are some improvements to be made for the apartment.

La chambre était nettoyé à chaque jour, tous les équipements fonctionnaient bien. L'emplacement était parfait pour profiter des plages, il y a 3 magnifiques plages à distance de marche, dont paradise beach qui est absolument magnifique! Il y a des bons restaurants et un market aussi à distance de marche et un arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Fabrika en 15 minutes! Si je retourne à Mykonos, c'est là que je retournerais et JE LE RECOMMANDE FORTEMENT!!!!

Our stay at Maganos Apartments felt more like a hotel or a resort with daily turn down service and meals by the pool. Anna, the residence's host, was incredibly accommodating, from helping us book a car rental to guiding us to the pharmacy for sunburn ointment. Anna cooks breakfast and lunch with ingredients from her families local farm. The meals were buffet style and delightful, with so many options to choose from. Anna is on the premises from 8am to 4pm, mostly in the dining or kitchen area but is available if you need her. Apartments are spacious and equipped with a stove, fridge and kitchen sink with the necessary utensils and cooking pot. Apartments are steps away from the pool/ dining area. The complex sits on a hill overlooking the cove with views of sunsets and large boats. Walk to the beach, the nightclub Scorpio's and to dinner at multiple nearby resturants. The premises are beautiful with palm trees, flowered flora and well illuminated. We enjoyed our stay here so so much!

This place couldn't have been any more perfect for us. The sweetest woman, Ana, the host there, made us breakfast and lunch every day with food fresh from her garden and farm. Incredible! The pool is also beautiful as is the view; there are tons of chairs to lay out. Paraga Beach was initially made known due to hippies’ preference back on 70’s and still remain tolerant to nude sunbathing.
The Beach is a combination of two sandy beaches split by a headland, the main beach and Agia Anna Beach.
Paraga is connected with Mykonos Town (Chora) with a regular bus service. There is also the options of a taxi from Platis Gialos close by.
The southern beach is the calmest, while the northern one is fully organised with many tavernas and lively bars.
It is considered as one of the loveliest south coast beaches, with fine pale sand, rocks forming natural diving platforms, umbrellas of dry leaves, restaurants and beach bars, which create an amazing music atmosphere day and night.
Around the beach, visitors can find any type of accommodation and also a well organised camping and a hostel.
Paraga Beach is close to Cavo Paradiso (Paradise Beach, 2.8kms).
