Villa Cozy is a stone built villa of striking beauty, set in large private grounds, nestling in Agia Marina, just a breath away from Agios Ioannis, Lefkada, sandy beach, with private pool and exceptionally high standards furnishings, ideal for a family or party of 8 people.
This superb villa is fully air-conditioned and can easily create a feeling of distinguished aesthetics, refined taste and appreciation of local architecture.
Layout
Villa Cozy is set in two levels:
The ground floor consists of an open plan sitting, dinning and kitchen area, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a guests shower room and all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. Balcony doors open to all outdoor lounge and pool areas.
Adjacent to this area are nicely set a master bedroom and two twins, all of them with en-suite showers and provide uninterrupted views through extensive verandas and lead to the infinity pool.
An internal staircase lands to a huge basement (covering 140 sq. mtrs) with a small gym, table tennis and a cosy sitting room with comfortable sofas which can easily be converted into two single beds.
Pool – Garden
At the outside there is a large roofed dining area, with the necessary furniture for 8 persons, as well as ample lounge and dining facilities by the build – in BBQ. The private large pool (9 X 5 meters) is set in between the lush gardens and it is surrounded be wooden decks. There is also an adjacent children pool (0,70 m deep) for young occupants disposal.
The overall feeling of this wonderful villa is distinct aesthetic, refined taste and respect of the local architecture, which together can only assure a memorable holiday .

Agios Ioannis Lefkada
Agios Ioannis beach is the closest beach to Lefkada town just a couple of kilometres away and it is considered as one of the nicest beaches in Ionian Sea. This long beach is stretching out for approx. 3 kms and it is surrounded by golden sand and blue green waters.
The area boasts an exotic landscape which attracts thousands of visitors. It is well-organized with sunbeds and umbrellas facing the wonderful sea.
Agios Ioannis is the home to some old windmills, because of the frequent blowing strong winds, are remaining there from the eighteenth century and they stand as sentinels that lined up along the waterfront and making it a popular area for windsurfers.
Some caffe and water sports centres board the beach of Agios Ioannis. On the left hand side of the beach you will find the Church of Agios Ioannis Antzousis. A tiny whitewashed church with interesting icons, which had offered its name to the area.
North of Agios Ioannis beach is Gyra lagoon, surrounded by the flat green plains that are scattered with houses and olive groves, the road to Lefkada town has the sea and the lagoon on either side making a breathtaking ride,whilst an old fourteenth century sea fortress offers a charming backdrop.
