General
Villa Kiki is a village house, located in a quiet area of Agios Spyridon Corfu, close to Perithia village, in between an olive grove, recently refurbished, only 200 meters away from Agios Spyridon beach and the Natural Reserve of Antinioti Lagoon. The property features a nice surrounding garden and balconies with mountain views.
Layout
Kiki is set on one level, can accommodate up to 5 persons and it is the ideal place for a family who would wish to be away from it all, but not far from it or for those who like to go hiking, do snorkelling or study the rare fauna around the lagoon.
The property consists of a comfortable and modern sitting room, which opens to a front balcony with sitting and dining facilities.
There is a twin and a double master bedroom and also a spacious modern shower room for communal use. Kiki features also a very nice, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, fridge – freezer, all cooking facilities and a back door leading to a small balcony.
A family run traditional taverna is only two steps away and the nearest super market less than 200 meters. Twice this distance is the beach of Agios Spyridon, ideal for smaller children, with fine sand and highly protected from the waves. The Natural Reserve of Antinioti Lagoon extends just next to the beach, where from someone can watch the fish getting in and out of the lagoon.

This is a clean and pleasant house in a good location, not far from the beach and on a nice, quiet road. The outdoor dining area is nice, although it would benefit from some shade. It was a bit of a squeeze for a family of 5, although it would have been fine for 4 people. The wifi wasn't working for most of our stay, which was disappointing for our children, but we appreciate that everything possible was done to get it working again.

Villa Kiki is like everyone else wrote perfect for a family vacation!! The beach is perfect for smaller children and the guys who run the beach are super nice. You should really rent a lane for the time, because in Acharavi you can buy groceries best and it is only 10 minutes away. What I recommend is the airport shuttle offered by EOS, too. Really good and the price is ok -)We have planned for the third time the holiday with EOS and are still very happy with the whole handling. Very professional. If we go back to Corfu, EOS is set for us!Regards

Villa Kiki is a smashing house located an easy half mile walk from a sandy beach. It is very well equipped especially in the kitchen making self catering very easy. Whilst the house has no pool the Ammus taverna half a mile away on the coast has a fine pool and welcoming staff. The Ammus pool and facilities are free to use.There is a very good, large supermarket at Acharavi that has a good butchers counter.The Greek lady who owns the house is lovely and calls in the week to clean and to water the garden.We found EOS to be most helpful, and easily accessed if required

Lovely, well equipped Villa

Villa Kiki was a lovely well equipped villa, spacious with everything you could possibly need for a splendid stay. Things to note, this villa does not have a view but is nicely private. The nearest restaurant is closed, so to eat out without using the car, which is a necessity for this villa, it is quite a walk down the hill to 4 restaurants by the beach, which are very good. We enjoyed the walk, but for some that are less able it could be a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is placed near the coastal road between Apraos and Acharavi ( part of Karniaris), but you do NOT hear any traffic.Across the road is a horse ranch, which leads to some animal noises (horses and an occasional dog), but only occasionally and not really annoying.There are many beautiful beaches (sand and rock) nearby, e.g. in Acharavi, Kassiopi or even directly in Agios Spiridon. Wether you are here with young kids, teenagers or just as a couple there are beaches for everyone available (for waves and stronger wind (surfing), the southern west-coast of Corfu would be better).The house itself is meticulously maintained and the cleaning and towel changing service from the owner Kiki is awesome.Everything is as described, both bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning and there is a pretty new wooden patio on the main/front terrace which gives you privacy during eating or relaxing.There are enough closets for 6 people and many clotheslines for drying swim suits and towels.And 3 mini-markets are in walking distance, but for real supermarkets you have to drive to Acharavi, which takes 5 minutes by car.Overall a great place to stay.

Also wir haben unser Häuschen geliebt - fanden es auch sehr sauber. Die Terrassen sind toll - man kann überall sitzen vor oder hinter dem Haus. Für andere Mieter müsste man aber trotzdem sagen : einfacher Standard. liebevolle Einrichtung mit schönen kleinen Details. Die Bilder geben einen sehr guten ist Eindruck, live hat es uns sogar noch besser gefallen. auch die Lage ist super, schön ruhig man ist für sich und dennoch ist man recht schnell am Strand. Zudem ein guter Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden - zumindest den oberen Teil. Geschirr hätte zu Beginn sauberer/frischer sein können. Ist bei Ferienhäusern ja fast immer der Fall, glaube das liegt an den Schränken. Wir haben alles einmal durchgespült - dann wars gut. Die Besitzerin ist super lieb und hilft gerne immer weiter wenn man Fragen hat. Als wir ankamen, standen schon frisches Obst und Getränke bereit.
Wir haben uns einfach rundum wohlgefühlt. Ach, wir könnten fast schon wieder hin.

Villa Kiki is a very very lovely place and the people really take very good care of it. The house overall is in very good shape and the service is exzellent - ranging from small little welcome things like fresh fruit on the table on the welcoming night to the promised cleaning service. The owners are stopping by occassionally and are really helpful and friendly - gives you a feeling of safety and being welcomed. The technical infrastructrue was very good, nothing we missed. Lovely garden, too. A small problem with the cooling system was immediately taken care of. Mattresses were a bit too soft for my taste. And one should really have a good navigations system in the car or on the mobile, as the street, where Villa Kiki is situated, doesn't have a name and when it's dark, it's easy to miss it. Otherwise: simply great!

This house was ideal for us. Spacious, airy, beautifully clean, and set in pretty grounds in a peaceful spot. The owners are lovely, friendly and caring. The nearby beach is great with soft sand and sea that is shallow for a long way out. The Hellas taverna on the beach was great for food. This is a pretty, peaceful area with lovely views and many pretty flowers and butterflies. Nearby Kassiopi provides more choice for meals and shops. Stay here if you want to relax and pull the plug out. It's lovely

Big outside table for meals. Unfortunate that the property opposite had a rather noisy dog. Delicious ice cream options up from the villa (10-15 min walk) and other eating options a little further too in lower Perithia. No if going there for dinner take a torch for return walk!

Einziges großes Manko sind die bellenden Hunde abends und nachts. Die waren wirklich sehr laut!
Ansonsten haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen.

Well located villa

From start to finish the travel company EOS have been very helpful in organising our stay at the villa. Perfect English via text and email to all our questions as well as organising car hire at cheaper rate than main companies on offer. Owners came around twice in evening to collect governmental tax- sorted by EOS when I told them but really should be something owners should include in price and leave guests alone. The villa- is basic and sufficient for a stay- nothing wrong for what it offers. Welcome pack consisted of 2 beers, bottle of water and some fruit. Located in quiet spot with no neighbours to right and quiet neighbours to left- opposite is another villa that is rented and a horse riding centre but these are well away from villa not to disturb. Secluded patio area but mindful of mosquitos!! Road to left leads to Pyramid Restaurant and hotel and beach which hardly anyone used when we were there. Lounge had TV but not many channels and DVD player but no DVDs. Cards, couple of board games. Kitchen had washing machine, oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, microwave- no sharp vegetable knife! Barbeque was basic- not a grill- charcoal provided. Views are of olive trees and immediate surroundings. Shower ok but there is a drip off water heater that leaks over bathroom floor that needs sorting. Bedrooms had air con and basic storage and linen, towels. Kassiopi is a must see- castle, to eat, boat trips, walks along coast cliff, bars, tourist shops etc. Beach near villa is must do- ruined monastery, nature reserve and lots of private sandy beaches where no-one else goes- some tavernas but not all open when we went- supermarket/spar type as well. Archavi town is good for souvenirs, got better and bigger supermarkets and some better/more varied places to eat in evening and shell garage.

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen, hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch und in der Küche fanden wir auch einen Willkommensgruß. Die beiden kleinen Hauptstrände sind ok. Ein wenig abseits gibt es noch einen phantastischen Naturstrand mit Sandkies und kristallklarem Wasser. Dieser war kaum besucht und für uns ein Traum. Wir können Villa Kiki weiterempfehlen.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Kiki.It really does look just like the pictures on line. The owners have made the villa comfortable , with a nice kitchen including a washing machine. The beds are comfortable with extra blankets available for those chillier nights. The living room is comfortable and the dvd player was very welcome .
The villa was clean and well maintained. The shower was good but would benefit from an adjustable shower head for shorter people like me.
The owners have been very busy with the garden and its looking very nice. There were plenty of places to sit outside in the sunshine with lots of seating and 2 sun loungers.
Our return flight to the UK was delayed for 2 days and the Vila owners helped us out no end and could not have been kinder or more understanding which we appreciated a great deal.
There are a couple of tavernas within walking distance of the property and also small shops which cater for the basics you may require.
We mostly ate in at the property or at Dimakos taverna a short drive away at Apraos, the owner is very nice and entertaining to chat with and also kindly helped us out over our delayed flight.
We would highly recommend the Villa Kiki to everyone looking for a relaxing break in Corfu. We would also like to thank the owners again for the kindness they showed us, and the manager of the Villa for his assistance too.

We stayed at this awesome villa for a week and really had a great time. It is best for four persons, although we have been five at it was also fine (3 adults, 2kids),because the living room has a sofa bed. The small village has everything you need from small grocery shops to a nice beach, rental car station to tavernas and bars. Near this village you'll find more beautiful beaches, little towns with great restaurants. The villa itself has everything you need for your stay even a washing machine!

Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert und daher macht es schon was her.
Das Haus verfügt über 2 große Schlafzimmer mit großen Kleiderschränken und jeweils einer Klimaanlage
In dem Wohnzimmer findet ihr eine recht bequemes Sofa und TV/Sat und natürlich auch eine Klimaanlage
Die echt große Küche hat einfach alles was man braucht von der Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine bis hin zu einem sehr großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach
Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles neu renoviert. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. In beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer sind Klimaanlagen. Die Küche ist mit vielen neuen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Vor und hinter dem Haus ist jeweils eine kleine Terrasse mit je 2 Sitzgelegenheiten und direkt neben dem Haus eine größere Terrasse mit dem Esstisch. So kann man immer wählen, ob man im Schatten oder in der Sonne sitzen möchte. In der Nähe ist eine Taverne und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Kann man beides bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand, aber auch zu Fuß benötigt man nur ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten dorthin.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich; die Tochter spricht gut Englisch. Bei unserer Anreise hatten sie schon ein paar Lebensmittel für uns bereitgestellt.
Von dem Ferienhaus aus kann man gut den Norden der Insel erkunden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein Stellplatz vorhanden.
Das Haus ist ländlich gelegen und ist gut für Erholungssuchende geeignet. In der Nähe sind noch zwei weitere Ferienhäuser, von den wir aber kaum etwas mitbekommen haben; auch dort waren ruhige Mieter. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Pferdehof. Abends haben wir gern bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse gesessen, gelesen und die Ruhe genossen. Nur nachts sind wir manchmal vom Bellen der Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft aufgewacht. Aber abgesehen davon haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt. Wir können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Agios-Spyridon-Corfu
Agios Spiridon is only a small coastal neighbourhood, extension of Perithia village and consists of two beautiful bays overlooking the high Albanian mountain.
The place is North Corfu’s Natural Reserve and is recommended for those ones who are looking for a quite relaxing holiday, with nearby walks and excellent for birdwatchers and botanists.
Both the bays are very popular due to the fine sand beaches and get really crowded on the weekends.
Sports and nature
Agios Spiridon is North Corfu’S Natural Reserve. The reserve is just a short walk from the beaches. There are many birds, butterflies, wild flowers and fish living between the bushes of the lagoon and the little island which is separated with a tiny old bridge. Walk along the unspoiled trails and do not forget your camera as amazing photos can be taken.
Organise your next walk through the olive grove, up to the surrounding hills and why not all the way up to the deserted village of Old Perithia.
Horse riding is also available at Agios Spyridon and you can book at least the day before.
Nightlife
Pyramid is a modern beach bar offering all types of entertainement and nightlife. Regularly live bands and named singers are hospitalised.Culture & history
Every year a Varcarola festival is organized in Agios Syridon. This is an old Corfiot event, where small boats, decorated with lights, sail along the tiny bay as local choirs sing traditional Corfiot songs called "cantades". Read more
