Holiday Rating: 5

This villa has plenty of space and the pool has beautiful views over Corfu. The host was good with quick information and checking in was easy. The decor was a little more dated than we expected (except the newly renovated bathroom). The beds and pillows were quite firm which was okay for me, but some of our group found them hard to sleep on. The biggest disappointment was the lack of any extras such as shower gel, coffee or filters for the coffee machine, or sponges for washing up, or even hand wash in the toilet. Those small things would've gone a long way, especially considering the nearest small shop is a 15 walk and quite expensive (definitely rent a car if you can). It is more like a holiday villa rental (not a private villa that is rented out), and therefore the basic extras that I've come to expect from AirBnBs was missing. But overall this is a nice villa in beautiful but fairly quiet part of Corfu and you can definitely have an enjoyable time here.

Gorgeous Corfu Villa

Holiday Rating: 5

Great Location- walking distance to a couple of tavernas, a supermarket and a small beach. Not far from many other beautiful beaches and amenities by car. Beautiful pool, BBQ, and amazing views from the verandas. AC if needed. Kitchen a little small but more than adequate for cooking. We discovered burning coffee as a local trick to keep the wasps away, which is a ubiquitous Corfu problem in August. I highly recommend this villa and the service and communication from the management company, Eos Travel, was excellent. Will definitely go again.

Lovely apartment.

Holiday Rating: 5

Lovely apartment. Close to a little supermarket. Just over half an hour from the old town, so fairly central if you want to visit there and North of the island. Swimming pool lovely and clean, sadly not heated so didn’t get to use it much in October. Amazing views from the apartment. Would definitely recommend this place to families. Had all the facilities we needed.

Wonderful vacation week in Nisaki

Holiday Rating: 4

A beautiful, very clean and well-kept house on a hill - gorgeous view to the ocean, the whole bay area and the mountain and very relaxing atmosphere around. Several very nice sitting areas outside on terraces, with both shade and sunshine. Absolutely awesome pool - the kids loved that. The house had everything we needed, in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The cleaning lady was lovely and everyone was very quick and helpful when our son lost his stuffy in the laundry - it was retrieved the next day. Very quick and helpful host who also helped to arrange for the delivery some groceries from one of the local supermarkets because we arrived late on a Saturday night, thanks again! A great stay and we'd love to come back!

What a beautiful villa.

Holiday Rating: 5

What a beautiful villa. From start to finish the communication from Eos Villas was excellent, really helpful and quick replies to any queries we had. The villa was exactly as described and as it looks in the photos... picture perfect and views to die for. It was spotlessly clean and the cleaning ladies who arrived every few days were lovely. We had a wonderful time here and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend both Eos Villas and Villa Nafsika to anybody. Perfect.

We had a fantastic stay

Holiday Rating: 5

We had a fantastic stay (2 adults & 2 children (ages 3 & 7)). Key for us was a secure pool area – tick Great views – tick Quite location to get away from the world – tick Beach and tavernas within walking distance – tick The local beach is lovely, the waters are clear and the sea is calm. There are local supermarkets you pass on the walk to and from the beach for picking up essentials. Local taverna’s serve nice food and some provide a take away facility so you can bring their food home if that’s what you fancy. Communication with owners was fantastic. Very pleased with everything.

Beautifully located villa.

Holiday Rating: 4

Lovely villa with a great view

Holiday Rating: 5

What a lovely view from both the terrace and the pool. The pool was great very private and a view across the bay to Corfu town. Having a car is preferable but we did also use the local bus into Corfu town - easier than parking. Very quiet this time of year and we did find places were closing - but enough still open. Found a nice little cove 5 mins walk downhill which we had to ourselves. Villa is on a v steep hill and a lot of steps so not suitable for those with walking difficulty. Eos travel were v efficient and were there if you needed them. Friendly cleaner who came often. Overall a great place to stay.

The Villa is ok and has a great private pool. The views are amazing, and the host and cleaning staff are great. The pictures posted online are a bit over-promising...the space is a bit smaller, and not so bright. Another thing to be aware of is the location: the Villa is situated on a hill and you'll need a car if you want to get to the nice sandy-beaches of Corfu (usually 40-45min away by car). There are nice local restaurants and beaches, but the local beaches are small and with pebbles (not sand). Also, don't count on the wi-fi: it works, but the speeds are terrible...better to use 4G cellular data :

Nice villa in the mountain with stunning views to the sea

Holiday Rating: 5

We really liked the view from the villa to the sea and the mountain. The pool is huge and a perfect spot to relax. The villa is big enough for up to 6 people. We are a family of five with 3 children, enough space for all of us. The kids played with the cats who live on the property all the time. The kitchen is equipped with the basic utensiles. Big fridge, a selection of pots and pans (could be renewed though). You can make the bedrooms very dark thanks to the outside blends, something we really appreciate. What we didn@t like so much were the mattresses-to hard to our taste. For some random reason, wifi didnt work constantly. The cleaning lady came regularly to take care of beds, floors, bathrooms, towels. Communication with the agency before our arrival and during our stay was excellent! We really liked the beaches nearby down in Nissaki and Barbati. A drive up north to Roda is not worth it, to our opinion. Definitely recommandable is Double Beach and the beach in Agios Georgios. Snorkeling and swimming is also possible in late October/beginning of November. Warm temperatures of air and water plus lonely beaches make this time of the year the perfect travel time. If you don@t mind closed down shops and eateries. Of course, you find a few places, but it is totally off season and there is so nothing going on. Especially not in Nissaki :) Korfu Town would be the place to go - cool town with lots of interesting sights. We can definitely recommend this villa if you travel on a low budget and dont expect to high standards.

We had a great time at Villa Nafsika. Thank you for your excellent communication. The villa itself was lovely and very spacious for just the 2 of us. There is a wonderful swimming pool with spectacular views, the veranda is a great spot for breakfast (again with glorious views). The cleaner, pool man and owner were very attentive and efficient. All was much appreciated and we very much enjoyed our holiday at the property that you manage. Thank you

Fabulous location with wonderful views out to sea. Many thanks to Sorteria (apologies for the spelling) for her help and managing to get a plumber within 2 hours when needed! We have had a wonderful time here. The pool is brilliant and there are tavernas within the vicinity with excellent food eg Isla and Vitamins. We have had an enjoyable holiday and would recommend Villa Nafsika to others.

The property is nice, it has two lovely patios, ....and one has great views.

Holiday Rating: 5

The property is nice, it has two lovely patios, one of which has a huge barbecue area which we used a lot and one has great views. The pool is amazing, and very private, we loved it! That said, this isn't really an Airbnb, more of a villa rental. No catering basic ingredients are included (no salt, pepper or oil) and almost no cleaning equipment (no binliners or cleaners etc). So you really do need a car, taxis are expensive and you will need to do a big shop (70 euro return to the nearest big supermarket) The information provided with the house is a little vague, no info on taxi numbers or the nearest medical centre/doctor/supermarket. However if you treat it more as a rental and less an airbnb you will have a good time! A lovely and very helpful lady comes in to do a clean every few days and our few issues were resolved quickly. Oh and the air conditioning is in the bedrooms only so the common areas get warm.

Holiday Rating: 5

The villa's accommodation is very good with charming areas for eating outside as well as comfort inside. The views are amazing from the front balcony and the pool and the setting amongst the olives very peaceful. The pool and terrace are a real sun trap. Shops and tavernas are a short walk down the (steep) hill and the attractive harbour and beach beyond. A well equipped kitchen and outside barbeque provide all you need for any meal inside or out. The care of the Eos team was exceptional with information and help before the visit and support during our stay. Nisaki itself is a lovely part of the island and with the mountain just behind is very sheltered. So many of the islands attractions are within easy reach.

We have just spent 9 days staying at Villa Nafsika and have had a wonderful time. The villa was clean and tidy on arrival and cleaned to a high standard during our stay. The villa is well placed for local beaches and places to eat. We were unsure about whether to hire a car at first but glad that we did. The pool was amazing and very well maintained. The EOS team were very helpful during our stay.

Nisaki - Corfu

Nisaki is only a very small village, extended from the slopes of mount Pantokrator all the way down to the sea and it is located on the northeast coast of Corfu Island, just 25 kms from Corfu Town.
Nisaki, in the Greek language, means: “small island” and it is believed that took its name from the small island, which existed in its bay. Years ago, the locals used to work on this island, shaping stones and rocks for building, brought to them by boats. After many years, the chippings falling into sea formed a ramp and eventually joined the land. Now, there is a narrow road running between the old island, where a couple of Tavernas are standing and the mainland. Lately, a jetty was constructed, linking it permanently to the coast.
The main village of Nisaki was growing up on the hill, above this inlet, where a church, a school, a small cafe and village’s first houses were located.
In now days the village on its own is quite spread out and has got no real center. The main part of the village is alongside and upward the main coastal road. Above the main road there are 2-3 winding lanes that go up high, through olive groves and eventually join Nisaki with the top of Mount Pantokrator.
Hundreds of villas are scattered on the slops of the Mount, offering amazing views and making Nisaki, overall, a very popular resort, even though at most of the times a car would be necessary.
Nissaki is still an un-commercialized resort, but with unbelievable sceneries, promising a relaxing holiday. It is a tranquil village, ideal for family holidays, elderly couples and people who love traditional Greece. Young couples are also welcome, as the area offers a choice of nightlife just a few kilometers further up, in Kassiopi and / or Ipsos.

Sports and nature

Scuba Diving: Nisaki Beach has clear, calm waters, so it’s a great place for a spot of scuba. There’s a diving school right in front of the cove that caters for all levels. Buy Olive wood souvenirs: Visitors flock from nearby resorts to Nissaki’s beachfront gift shop, The Loom, which is in a 400-year-old house. A breath away from the usual line in tourist goods, this sells quality hand-woven fabrics, painted ceramics and gifts made from olive wood. Hike along the Corfu trail to Old Sinies: Once a sprawling sheep-herding community, the mountain village of Old Sinies is now a crumbling ghost town. Wandering around its deserted stone cottages and churches is a wee bit spooky. To pick up the trail, head north along the road to Vinglatsouri then follow the well-marked route. It’s a bit of a steep one, so don’t forget the sturdy shoes, picnic and water. Water Sports: All types of water sports are available in Nisaki, next to Nisaki Beach Hotel, s.a. ski, paragliding, ringos, banana riding, etc. Rent a boat and explore the coast: Become your own captain and explore the idyllic rocky coasts and small coves or stop at one of the various beachfront tavernas to enjoy the delicious Corfiot specialties. Go snorkeling: Purchase your own gear from a tourist shop or supermarket and explore the underwater world.

Nightlife

Only in Kassiopi (10.0 kms) or Ipsos (9.0 kms)
