General
Villa Natasha is a holiday rental house, located in the neighbourhood of Banaratika above Kaminaki Beach, in Nisaki, beautifully landscaped in an olive grove, with private pool, lush gardens and spacious terraces. It offers amazing views over the bay of Nisaki all the way down to the Southern Ionian Sea.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and accessed from the parking area via a few stairs. It nests on a hillside, all on one level and is very spacious for a family or a party of six to seven people, that wish to have a relaxing vacation without necessarily being far from it all. Local facilities, small popular beaches, seaside or traditional tavernas are only a few minutes away.
Layout
Villa Natasha is accessed from the main road via a short private road, which ends up on the property’s gate and parking space, at the front of the villa. A few steps lead to the main entrance and the upper terraces, (the downstairs compartment is not for use) which leads into a huge open plan area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and living spaces with sofas and decorative fireplace. Large french doors open onto the roofed terrace at the front of the villa, with amazing views of the Corfu coast running all the way from the East to the West.
Three a/c bedrooms are in-line along the facade of the house, towards the sea and share these amazing views. One of them is a twin and two are double next to each other. There are two common family bathrooms (one shower / WC and one bath / WC).
The large front balcony (it extends from one end of the house to the other) faces the sea and the coastline, with views reaching as far as Gouvia Bay and Corfu town itself. The views offered are simply stunning, especially during the night when the impressive large cruisers cross the bay in full glory.
At this time is when the feeling “I dine al fresco” acquires its real meaning!
Pool and terraces
The round-shaped private pool is in the middle of a sunny large terrace at the back of the house, ensuring total privacy. It is surrounded by lush greeneries and plants, ensuring total relaxation while reading a book or enjoying yourselves.
Pool access is via Roman steps, and the length is: 9 m X 5 m, Depth: 1.0 m to 1.8 m
At the side edge of this large terrace, there is a traditional built BBQ underneath a pergola together with a dining terrace, for those who would wish to try their cooking skills whilst away from home.

Nisaki - Corfu
Nisaki is only a very small village, extended from the slopes of mount Pantokrator all the way down to the sea and it is located on the northeast coast of Corfu Island, just 25 kms from Corfu Town.
Nisaki, in the Greek language, means: “small island” and it is believed that took its name from the small island, which existed in its bay. Years ago, the locals used to work on this island, shaping stones and rocks for building, brought to them by boats. After many years, the chippings falling into sea formed a ramp and eventually joined the land. Now, there is a narrow road running between the old island, where a couple of Tavernas are standing and the mainland. Lately, a jetty was constructed, linking it permanently to the coast.
The main village of Nisaki was growing up on the hill, above this inlet, where a church, a school, a small cafe and village’s first houses were located.
In now days the village on its own is quite spread out and has got no real center. The main part of the village is alongside and upward the main coastal road. Above the main road there are 2-3 winding lanes that go up high, through olive groves and eventually join Nisaki with the top of Mount Pantokrator.
Hundreds of villas are scattered on the slops of the Mount, offering amazing views and making Nisaki, overall, a very popular resort, even though at most of the times a car would be necessary.
Nissaki is still an un-commercialized resort, but with unbelievable sceneries, promising a relaxing holiday. It is a tranquil village, ideal for family holidays, elderly couples and people who love traditional Greece. Young couples are also welcome, as the area offers a choice of nightlife just a few kilometers further up, in Kassiopi and / or Ipsos.
Sports and nature
Scuba Diving: Nisaki Beach has clear, calm waters, so it’s a great place for a spot of scuba. There’s a diving school right in front of the cove that caters for all levels. Buy Olive wood souvenirs: Visitors flock from nearby resorts to Nissaki’s beachfront gift shop, The Loom, which is in a 400-year-old house. A breath away from the usual line in tourist goods, this sells quality hand-woven fabrics, painted ceramics and gifts made from olive wood. Hike along the Corfu trail to Old Sinies: Once a sprawling sheep-herding community, the mountain village of Old Sinies is now a crumbling ghost town. Wandering around its deserted stone cottages and churches is a wee bit spooky. To pick up the trail, head north along the road to Vinglatsouri then follow the well-marked route. It’s a bit of a steep one, so don’t forget the sturdy shoes, picnic and water. Water Sports: All types of water sports are available in Nisaki, next to Nisaki Beach Hotel, s.a. ski, paragliding, ringos, banana riding, etc. Rent a boat and explore the coast: Become your own captain and explore the idyllic rocky coasts and small coves or stop at one of the various beachfront tavernas to enjoy the delicious Corfiot specialties. Go snorkeling: Purchase your own gear from a tourist shop or supermarket and explore the underwater world.Nightlife
