Villa Natasha is a holiday rental house, located in the neighbourhood of Banaratika above Kaminaki Beach, in Nisaki, beautifully landscaped in an olive grove, with private pool, lush gardens and spacious terraces. It offers amazing views over the bay of Nisaki all the way down to the Southern Ionian Sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned and accessed from the parking area via a few stairs. It nests on a hillside, all on one level and is very spacious for a family or a party of six to seven people, that wish to have a relaxing vacation without necessarily being far from it all. Local facilities, small popular beaches, seaside or traditional tavernas are only a few minutes away.

Layout

Villa Natasha is accessed from the main road via a short private road, which ends up on the property's gate and parking space, at the front of the villa. A few steps lead to the main entrance and the upper terraces, (the downstairs compartment is not for use) which leads into a huge open plan area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and living spaces with sofas and decorative fireplace. Large french doors open onto the roofed terrace at the front of the villa, with amazing views of the Corfu coast running all the way from the East to the West. Three a/c bedrooms are in-line along the facade of the house, towards the sea and share these amazing views. One of them is a twin and two are double next to each other. Villa Natasha is really lovely, and I would highly recommend it

Holiday Rating: 5

Villa Natasha is really lovely, and I would highly recommend it, the views from the front balcony were amazing, and the pool area was completely private, and not overlooked at all. One thing I particularly liked was to have nice quality towels and bedding. Overall a fabulous holiday, and would definitely return! Keith

Loved our stay at Villa Natasha!

Holiday Rating: 5

Loved our stay at Villa Natasha! Beautiful, comfortable villa for our grown up family of 5. Plenty of spaces to relax either together or separately. The Pool is the best we've ever had. Both local taverns are excellent and walkable within 8 minutes or so. Would love to stay again. Karen

Absolutely beautiful!

Holiday Rating: 5

Absolutely beautiful! 1st time to Greece and we were not disappointed! We were told we were lucky with the weather as it was 2nd last week in October and the temperatures ranged between 27-29 degrees. To be honest bad weather would not have dumped our spirits in this house. We hired car, sowecould please ourselves. The restaurant recommendations were good. Villa Natasha was our home away from home. Bottle of wine on arrival and when the cleaners came midweek they bought us another bottle of wine and eggs! Highly recommended. Thank you for helping us make great memories.

Our holiday in Villa Natasha was perfect in every way

Holiday Rating: 5

Our holiday in Villa Natasha was perfect in every way, a beautiful property in a beautiful location. The owner Natasha was charming and very helpful, and did all she could to make our stay so enjoyable. We should also mention her mother Alessandra who kept the villa immaculate with her twice weekly visits to clean, and change towels & bedding (and kept us supplied with new laid eggs!). Many thanks to both of them.

A beautiful villa with a spectacular view

Holiday Rating: 5

A beautiful villa with a spectacular view. Very comfortable and well maintained. We had 2 towel and linen changes, which was great and pool towels were supplied. Villa owner Natasha was just lovely, she popped in a couple of times while cleaning the pool and even brought a bottle of wine. The villa is a short walk to lots of tavernas, all delightful, and Aphrodtes supermarket and bakery. She will deliver groceries to the villa if needed and ordered in fresh fish for our BBQ (get a price first!). The only slight niggle is that it would be lovely to have some basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, oil, a few herbs) which we only needed a small amount of but had to buy. Seems a waste!

Our family had a really relaxing and fun stay in Villa Natasha

Holiday Rating: 5

Our family had a really relaxing and fun stay in Villa Natasha. We know the area well and, whilst you need a car, it is a short drive to our favourite places - Nissaki, Kaminaki, Agni etc The outside is exceptionally good with space around the pool (with sunbeds, dining table and chairs), a BBQ dining area and a large patio/balcony on the other side looking out over the sea, also with a dining table and chairs and a rattan seating area. The wifi was excellent, kitchen well equipped and the open plan living room/kitchen/dining area was light and spacious. The maids were friendly, the owner Natasha very friendly and helpful and the villa was cleaned twice a week with bed linen, towels and pool towels all changed.

Villa Natasha is a lovely villa with a fantastic pool

Holiday Rating: 5

Villa Natasha is a lovely villa with a fantastic pool and the most amazing sea views from its terrace. The villa is very well equipped and welcoming and the agency was efficient and helpful at every stage. It was good to meet Natasha herself who was very friendly and we very much appreciated the eggs and wine she kindly gave us. Within a ten minute walk( although it seems further in the heat! and is not great for pedestrians or children as it is a fast bendy raid without pavements) are two tavernas both with good food and a local bar which also has reasonably priced and good food. The small supermarket and bakery are also within the ten minute walk away and the supermarket has most things you will need and will deliver your order - probably before you get back! Everyone is very friendly and seem to go out of their way to be helpful. We were a party which included two grandparents and two seven year olds and found the children, having done it once, refused to go to the local beach again because the walk was too hard for them and certainly it was much too hard and steep for the grandparents We could have managed without a car ( all of us loved the villa's pool) but we did feel that a car was a necessary option if you wanted to go to the beaches or different restaurants. All in all though, we had a very good holiday and thought the villa was great with one of the best pools w have ever had and the most beautiful views.

Fabulous and lovely people

Holiday Rating: 5

Fabulous and lovely people. Natasha and her mother were super and when we were worried about the pool they came round straight away and it turned out just to be a filter issue after a windy day. They left us lovely wine and eggs and made us feel very welcome. Would come again!

Villa Natasha is a delightfully spacious and extremely well appointed villa, which provides a perfect venue for a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday. A lovely balcony to the front, with stunning views across the bay and a lovely private pool to the rear. Felt compelled to book for a second time

Holiday Rating: 5

Having holidayed in Corfu for the last 7 years with our young family, we have always stayed in different villas in and around Nisaki. Villa Nitasha is the first villa we have felt compelled to book for a second time time due to its location, the set up of the villa and the amazing hospitality from the family who own the villa, who have gone above and beyond to ensure our stay has been an amazing one. We cannot recommend Villa Natasha enough as it ticks all the boxes for a wonderful and relaxing family break in Nisaki, Corfu, I'm sure we'll be back in the future. Thank you Natasha and family.

Holiday Rating: 5

Lovely villa in great location above Kalamaki beach. Beautiful wrap-around balcony with views to Corfu Town. Very private, we liked having the pool in the back, not overlooked. Lots of different shady places to sit so that everyone can have their own space if needed. Extremely well appointed kitchen, there was everything you might need and more. Natasha visited us and came with a basket of hens eggs and a bottle of wine.

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Natasha thank you

Holiday Rating: 5

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Natasha thank you. The villa was stunning inside and out with amazing panoramic views from the balcony across the sea to Corfu town and mainland Greece and Albania. The gardens and pool area were beautiful and we really appreciated the sun-loungers with pool towels all laid out for us on arrival. The villa owner and maids were very welcoming and lovely with our three children. We enjoyed great meals at the nearby Vitamins and Roumeli tavernas and good service at Aphrodite supermarket. We also ventured further afield in our hire car and would recommend Arillas beach on the northwest coast and Agios Spiridon beach in the north as beautiful sandy beaches that shelve gently so good for children. Avlaki Kouloura Kalami and Agni were all pretty pebbly beaches with coastal footpaths to explore plus the peaceful village of Strinylas up in the mountains was well worth the windy drive. There were fantastic views from up there and we had a super lunch in the first taverna as you enter the village from the south.

Nisaki - Corfu

Nisaki is only a very small village, extended from the slopes of mount Pantokrator all the way down to the sea and it is located on the northeast coast of Corfu Island, just 25 kms from Corfu Town.
Nisaki, in the Greek language, means: “small island” and it is believed that took its name from the small island, which existed in its bay. Years ago, the locals used to work on this island, shaping stones and rocks for building, brought to them by boats. After many years, the chippings falling into sea formed a ramp and eventually joined the land. Now, there is a narrow road running between the old island, where a couple of Tavernas are standing and the mainland. Lately, a jetty was constructed, linking it permanently to the coast.
The main village of Nisaki was growing up on the hill, above this inlet, where a church, a school, a small cafe and village’s first houses were located.
In now days the village on its own is quite spread out and has got no real center. The main part of the village is alongside and upward the main coastal road. Above the main road there are 2-3 winding lanes that go up high, through olive groves and eventually join Nisaki with the top of Mount Pantokrator.
Hundreds of villas are scattered on the slops of the Mount, offering amazing views and making Nisaki, overall, a very popular resort, even though at most of the times a car would be necessary.
Nissaki is still an un-commercialized resort, but with unbelievable sceneries, promising a relaxing holiday. It is a tranquil village, ideal for family holidays, elderly couples and people who love traditional Greece. Young couples are also welcome, as the area offers a choice of nightlife just a few kilometers further up, in Kassiopi and / or Ipsos.

Sports and nature

Scuba Diving: Nisaki Beach has clear, calm waters, so it’s a great place for a spot of scuba. There’s a diving school right in front of the cove that caters for all levels. Buy Olive wood souvenirs: Visitors flock from nearby resorts to Nissaki’s beachfront gift shop, The Loom, which is in a 400-year-old house. A breath away from the usual line in tourist goods, this sells quality hand-woven fabrics, painted ceramics and gifts made from olive wood. Hike along the Corfu trail to Old Sinies: Once a sprawling sheep-herding community, the mountain village of Old Sinies is now a crumbling ghost town. Wandering around its deserted stone cottages and churches is a wee bit spooky. To pick up the trail, head north along the road to Vinglatsouri then follow the well-marked route. It’s a bit of a steep one, so don’t forget the sturdy shoes, picnic and water. Water Sports: All types of water sports are available in Nisaki, next to Nisaki Beach Hotel, s.a. ski, paragliding, ringos, banana riding, etc. Rent a boat and explore the coast: Become your own captain and explore the idyllic rocky coasts and small coves or stop at one of the various beachfront tavernas to enjoy the delicious Corfiot specialties. Go snorkeling: Purchase your own gear from a tourist shop or supermarket and explore the underwater world.

Nightlife

Only in Kassiopi (10.0 kms) or Ipsos (9.0 kms)
