Villa Νatilia is a modern two-storey house in Sgombou, 5 minutes from Gouvia, and 22 minutes from Corfu’s airport, with a sunny pool (8m X 4m), beautiful gardens and unobstructed sea and bay views.
The property is located in an olive grove, in a quiet area, away from it all. It is spacious enough for a family or group of five (5) people, accommodating three (3) air-conditioned bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms.
There is also the possibility to sleep two (2) more guests at two comfortable sofas on request.
A small staircase ends on a covered balcony and the house’s main entrance, opening onto an open-plan space on the ground floor (not air-conditioned), with a dining area, living room, and fully equipped kitchen and a side shower / WC room.
Sliding doors connect this space with a lovely front balcony with the necessary furniture for extra relaxation.
An internal marble staircase lands on the upper floor, which features a twin, a single and a master bedroom that share a modern shower / WC room.
The two front bedrooms are air-conditioned and enjoy a large front balcony with unsurpassed sea views and views of the islets of Vido and Lazareto at the town’s port entrance.
BBQ, Pool and Gardens
The ground floor’s side balcony has beautiful dining furnishing, an adjacent built BBQ, a traditional oven, and opens onto the garden and the sunny pool. This space is where guest will spend most of the time dining al fresco and relaxing.
The pool terraces facing the surrounding countryside have sun loungers, umbrellas and all the facilities for a stunning suntan.
This fantastic house is off the main road, in an olive grove of the pristine Corfu countryside. It is ideal for guests seeking a holiday in absolute tranquillity, away from it all, and as close to amenities as needed. Dasia, Gouvia, Ipsos, and Komeno bay’s resorts are only a short drive away, should a fancy night out becomes an evening’s wish.
