Villa Sapfo is a beautiful holiday villa, located in Protaras Cyprus, at Kapparis area, and offers stunning views of the adjacent beach and the sea at the front. It is a detached house, with a large private swimming pool, built BBQ, and within walking distance to local amenities. Malama beach is right on its doorstep.
This charming property is modernly furnished. It provides all the facilities for a stress-free stay, away from it all. Villa Sapfo is ideal for a family or party of six persons, in three air-conditioned bedrooms (A/C is free of charge) and three bathrooms along with a lovely swimming pool (8m x 4m).
The ground level consists of an open plan area with spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a guests’ shower / WC room and a marble staircase leading to the upper floor. Air conditioning in the living room area is on request, and the cost is 10 Euro for each day of use.
French doors open onto the front terraces and to the sunny pool.
The interior staircase lands on the upper level with three double bedrooms. The first one is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower / WC) and a front balcony, with sea views. The other two share the third bathroom of the property (bath with shower / WC). Each bedroom features Juliet side balconies.
Pool and Terraces
The private pool nestles in the middle of the garden, and it is accessible via Roman steps. Sunny terraces surround it with partial sea views, equipped with sun-beds, umbrellas and dining out facilities. A built BBQ offers everyone the extra opportunity to try his/her cooking skills while away from home.
Sapfo location is ideal, a quiet area of Protaras, close to the Paralimni, with most of the facilities in a short walk distance and the beach of Malama only a breath away. It is modern, spacious, sunny and ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing stay away from it all, but so close to all amenities.

Protaras is one of Cyprus most popular summer resorts, it is located on the south east coast of the island, close to the town of Paralimni and only a short drive from buzzing Agia Napa. It is a destination for sea lovers as it boasts amazing beaches and hidden bays with pristine crystal blue waters.
Protaras is concerned an ideal holiday destination for families and couples because of its accommodation variety, amazing tavernas, modern bars and traditional pubs.
On ancient times, where Protaras present location is, stood the old state of Leukolla. Leukolla possessed a small safe harbour where Dimetrius Poliorkitis sought refuge in the year 306 BC, lying in wait for Ptolemaeus, one of the successors of Alexander the Great. In the ensuing battle, Ptolemaeus was defeated and fled to Egypt, leaving Cyprus on the hands of Dimetrius for a short time. Protaras is also referred to as “the land of windmills”, maintaining the nostalgic activity of the past.
For a relaxing day or afternoon someone can enjoy a mini tour of Protaras’ beaches or visit the Ocean Aquarium where he can watch turtles, crocodiles, penguins and further sea creatures. For the romantics, the sea cave right below the picturesque Agii Anargyri chapel is a must visit or walk up the numerous steps to get to the beautiful Saint Elias chapel situated on Protaras’ highest hill.
Other points of interest are the villages of: Derynia, Frenaros, Avgorou, Liopetri, Sotera and Derynia with some impressive old churches, which would worth a visit. Additionally, the town of Paralimni, which has got a larger choice of shops, restaurants and cafes remains also a must.
On top of that, hiking, scuba Diving, boat hiring (including sailing boats for the day) are remaining also on first priority.

Fig Tree Bay Beach
It is located in the popular tourist resort of Protaras. The popular Fig Tree Bay Beach boasts fine, golden sand and it has taken its name from a single, solitary fig tree that has been there since the 17th century.
It is situated 4 km East from the popular resort of Agia Napa. The 200-metre long beach of Konnos is one of the most picturesque on the island.
Trinity (Agia Triada) Beach
