Large French doors open into the garden terrace and pool area, overlooking Marathias little bay.

The upper level features three bedrooms and a large office with log fire, which can easily be converted into an extra bedroom.

Here is set the master bedroom suite with an en-suite Jacuzzi bath, ladies’ boudoir and private play room with gym facilities.

The other two bedrooms are also double bedded and they share a second Jacuzzi bathroom. Both the bathrooms are really spacious, luxury furnished and decorated with mosaic tiling.

All of the above feature large french doors overlooking the sea, which open into a roofed terrace, just opposite Marathonisi Island (the protected Marine Park for the habitation of the famous Caretta – Caretta turtles).

Pool and Garden Area

The huge pool is surrounded by wooden decking and it has cleverly been placed at the right hand side of the house, with a nice sitting area aside and an outdoor relaxing bed.

A proper built BBQ is also found in the garden area.

The small stone built church for future guests’ use, at terrace’s far end, makes this estate a perfect setting for weddings.
